"In any type of relationship between the two, a man's actions are dependent on a woman's thoughts. Whatever she thinks of herself is what the man will base his actions on. He'll lie if he thinks you're either foolish or lenient enough for him to do so. He'll look for the one night stand if he thinks you're down.
