"Ladies, and men, there is no hospital or treatment center for emotional scars. Time doesn't heal, progress does. However, don't make someone your drugstore. Don't make someone be your supplier of cocoa butter (love/care), sweets (affection), and aspirins (sex). That's wrong and unfair. You need to heal yourself before you get involved with someone else; caretaking is a draining affair, it can affect that person."
