Oh Black Woman, Oh Black Woman - 5/27/09

Beautiful chocolate skin...
So indicative
Of the ebony goddess within,
Within you lies the wonders,
The wonders of she that helped to make he,
He being man
As you are a descendant of Mesopotamia,
And a daughter of great mother Africa
After you, come all other women,
All other women can never compare
Whether it's your jet black hair,
An ebony river flowing to the deltas of your poised shoulders
Or dreadlocks portraying the strength of your people,
Radiant brown skin, bright,
Bright like the intellect you possess,
The best, in a dress,
Your paragonic and curvaceous body,
Which reaches its apex,
With your beautiful face
Marked by those big brown eyes,
You are most known for those big brown thighs
A pleasure to hold,
And behold, the hold,
You can put a man under
Is enough to drive him and his sanity asunder
For you are self-sufficient and prideful
And as stated, an eyeful,
You know who you are
And thus remain ever poised,
From that full bosom through those round lips
Comes the world's greatest voice,
A euphony to all,
You stand upon a pedestal that may never fall,
As you are cognizant of your flaws,
And take them in stride,
In yourself you confide,
For your essence cradled mankind
And in no other woman can you find
The most natural beauty to grace this earth
Oh black woman, oh black woman
Please understand your worth.
