A Brief Philosophy: Boxes, and Black Women's Dating Issues - 6/25/10 (from 6/22/10)

"The problem with placing things in boxes is that they still exist. Sorting things does not get rid of them...it only gives organization to a mess, which is not a solution, but a yet-to-blossom problem; superfluous objects will overrun said boxes, creating a larger mess, calling for more boxes, and the cycle continues." Black women, stop discussing your dating issues. Action cleans messes, talk exacerbates them.

I say that to mean that sorting things (classifying the 'problems' with Black women) only gives organization to a mess (their 'lack' of a dating pool). That is a yet-to-blossom problem though, because superfluous objects (classifications, opinions, etc.) will overrun said boxes, creating a larger mess (the whole 'what's wrong with black women' topic), and the cycle will continue. Let's not keep talking about this...it's not helping. And after awhile, Black women may actually believe they don't have anyone to date. Either do something about your dating life, or leave it be.
